How do i install the mobile app?

Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile device. Search for the app by typing Motric Recovery in the search bar within the app store. Once you find the app, tap on it to open app page and you can read more about the app, view screenshots, read user reviews and check app's rating. Next you must tap on “Install” or “Get app” button. In this step, you may be asked to enter your device passcode, use Touch ID or Face ID to authorize the download. Make sure you have good internet connection for a smooth download process.
Once the app is installed, you will find the icon on your device representing the app, tap on that icon to launch the app and start the sign in process.

Is the app available for both iOS and Android?

Yes, you may find the Motric Recovery app availabele in both stores: App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android.

Can i use the app without internet connection?

No, you cannot use Motric Recovery without internet connection. The app needs to communicate with remote servers to fetch data, provide real-time updates and synchronize information.

How can i reset my password if i forget it?

Tap the app icon on your mobile device and the first screen will open, where you can create an account or enter your account. Tap on "Log in", where you can access the "Forgot your password?" button. The next step is to enter the e-mail address related to your account in the application and tap on the "Send reset code email" button. In a short while, you will receive an email with a reset code that will allow you to set up a new password for accessing the application.

How do i report a bug or a technical issue with the mobile app?

To report a bug or a technical issue with the mobile app, from the application you can access the Contact button in the Menu, write down in the dedicated field the information you want to send and tap the send message button. You can also communicate directly with us through the contact form on the website https://motricrecovery.com/contact.html

Is the mobile app available in multiple languages?

Yes, the mobile app is available in Romanian and English. Soon we will add new languages.

Can i customize the settings or preferences in the app?

If you have created a specialist account or represent a corporate account, a medical clinic or a sports club, you can edit your personal data, add company data and also display the logo of the company you represent.

Can i have both specialist and patient accounts at the same time?

No, if you want to use Motric Recovery with both specialist account and patient / client account, you need to create two separate accounts, using two different e-mail addresses. You can switch from one account to another, at any time, by pressing the „Logout” button from the Menu and entering the login information for the other account.

What features does the mobile app offer?

The app offers you access to 3 large categories of services, both for you as a user from the patient / client profile or you can use it for your data base of patients / clients / athletes from the Specialist profile.
In the Diagnostics section, you can generate a medical gymnastic program, in the Wellbeing section, you can generate personalized exercise programs for 10 different goals, and in the Sports section, you can generate programs to initiate or improve physical condition in 12 different sports.

How do i share or invite friends through the mobile app?

The app has a referral program. You can access the Menu and tap the "Referral" button, from where you can send invitations to your friends. This section also has a loyalty and reward program, depending on the number of invitations sent, as well as on the activity of the users in the application.

What is the purpose of Motric Recovery mobile app?

Motric Recovery is an application that offers you control over your time, a specialized diagnostic tool and a personal trainer at your disposal. Motric Recovery app is your pocket ally, promoting a healthy lifestyle, a powerful tool accessible to anyone at any time.

What types of workouts and programs are available in the mobile app?

In the app you will find physical therapy programs that you can access by entering the diagnosis received from the specialist. Also, you can access physical training programs for initiation in sport, physical training programs for improving or perfecting physical performance in sports or you can generate exercise programs to achieve Wellbeing goals. Programs are available from beginner to advanced or pro level.

Does the app generate personalized exercise programs?

Yes, the exercise programs are generated according to the diagnosis, the training level, physical condition as well as according to the results obtained from the tests available in the app.

Can i track my progress and set goals in the app?

Yes, you can set your own goals, you can follow the specific tests after which you will have a scoring as well as a recommended exercise program. You can retake the tests at any time so that you can measure the evolution of the score for that specific section.

Does the app offer a social feature to connect with other users?

Yes, only if you have a Specialist accont created. In this situation, you can access the Chat and communicate directly through the application with all your patients / clients.

Is the mobile app for home use?

Motric Recovery is an app that you can use whenever it is convenient for you, wherever you need it. You can use it at home for medical gymnastics, or at the office for a posture improvement program. You can also access it at the gym for toning exercises or you can use it in the park / on the sports field for a sports exercise program.

How can the app help me as a Specialist?

If you have a Specialist account in the Motric Recovery app, it helps you to manage your client base, to be in permanent contract with them, to be able to evaluate or test them from a physical point of view, to keep track of their progress and generate personalized exercise programs. You also have unlimited access to the library of predefined exercises and programs as well as to the library of articles.

Can i track multiple recovery plans simultaneously?

You have unlimited access to exercise programs, you can have a workout program, set a Wellbeing goal and in the same time follow a medical gymnastics program for a certain condition.

Does the app provide notifications for my exercise programs?

Yes, you will receive reminders and notifications regarding the execution of your programs generated into your profile.

Does the app provide access to articles that can help me in the process of acheiving my goals?

Yes, you can access a library of articles on various themes, that can help you in the process of medical recovery or for achieving your personal goals. The articles are available in the app menu, on the "Education" button.

Can I change my subscription at any time?

Yes, anytime. For example, if you’re a specialist and your list of clients expands, you can choose a subscription for more users. Same if you’re representing a clinic and you number of specialists changes. You can also also change your payment plan and move from monthly to trimestrial or annual subscription anytime.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, anytime. After canceling your subscription, you can use the services up until the date of the next scheduled renewal – monthly, trimestrial or yearly.

Subscription renewal is automatic unless it’s cancelled before the renewal date.

May I have a refund for early cancellation?

No. But you will be able to use the services in your subscription until the next planned date for renewal. We don’t provide any refunds for early cancellations.

Do I have to pay to download the app?

No. The app is free to download. Only if you decide on a training plan you will have to pay a subscription to access it.

Can I add a family member to my account?

Yes. You may add 2 children directly to your account for free. You can also recommend 5 family members or friends and they will get a special price for the subscription, as part of your group.

If I have a clinic account, can I change what practitioners can access the app?

Yes. You can change anytime who from your clinic has access to the account. As an admin, you can add or remove a user anytime. Once removed, a user no longer has access to the pay features and plans from the app.
